Supply and order processing in the field of commercial vehicles Processing of customer requests and customer orders Checking incoming requests and orders on contractual compliance and correctness Increase customer satisfaction by timely and appropriate communication (correspondence) Creating deliveries & invoices in SAP Processing of customer complaints
