As part of a follow-up scheme, we are looking for you as an individual customer advisor (m/w/d), who also wants to take over leadership tasks in the branch network Pinneberg. Your tasks: Representation of the branch director in her absence and support in all management tasks Discover talents and promote the potential of employees Team tasks: Corporate customer and earnings responsibility for your team in the branch Model function (e.g. pre-contracting) Promotion of the team spirit Developing enthusiasm (sin-communication) Ensuring high customer satisfaction – quality in service and consulting according to the S‐Financial Concept Support for key customers and acquisition of new customers Representation and public relations in the case of representation for the branch director Market and competition observation in the regional environment and independent response Ensure workflows and coordinate cooperation with other segments Conflict resolution for customer complaints at its own discretion (in the framework of competence)

Completed training for bank or savings banks / comparable qualification Expertise in all areas of the standard product range Experience in customer consulting Willingness to complete customer consultation - interest in the customer as a person with his goals, wishes and plans Embossed sales potential combined with high service orientation, strong commitment and sense of responsibility Ability to guide, promote and motivate the team Positive basic attitude and radiance, high empathy as well as strong persuasion, decision-making and conflictability Flexibility, also in terms of time
