They plan and implement press conferences and other media events for our Mesago Brands in Germany and abroad, in close cooperation with our subsidiaries – including the creation of press documents and coordination of all measures. The organisation of press conferences of our customers at our trade fairs is also your responsibility. Target group-specific enquiries – for example from media professionals and customers – answer service-oriented and with the right communication skills. You take over the management of our company-wide press shipment – from planning to voting to shipping. The internal coordination of all press activities within Mesago is also in your hands. As a central interface, you control and coordinate the voting processes with the parent company Messe Frankfurt, other subsidiaries as well as external partners such as agencies, media or customers – always with a view to consistent and targeted communication. In addition, you are responsible for the budget for all press work measures.

A completed study in a professional field or a comparable qualification forms the basis for your entry with us. They like to work in the team, perform confidently and are characterised by an independent, structured way of working. Your quick understanding, conceptual strength and good sense of design help you to implement projects effectively. They have a pronounced sense of language and bring very good knowledge in German and English – including safe spelling and style. The use of common IT, especially MS Office, as well as the use of modern presentation techniques are of course for you.
