HR IT & People Analytics Specialist (m/f/d)

HR Reporting and Analytics: Responsibility for HR Reporting Services and Systems as well as their governance, development of new KPIs and solutions in cooperation with departments, IT and service providers, promotion of use and continuous development of reporting and analytics maturity. HR systems and governance of HR service delivery: Professional responsibility for HR systems, data quality and process efficiency, coordination of system improvements, releases and troubleshoots with IT and external partners, establishing new HR processes and service delivery standards. Program and project implementation: support and management of digital-HR project workstreams, including the establishment of HR reporting and analytics, GDPR data retention in SuccessFactors, country-specific rollout of time recording, HR-case management tool and sprints for process automation

Practical experience in HR reporting/analytics and HR systems Experienced with the coordination of IT/service provider tickets Found Excel knowledge as well as safe handling of structured data, e.g. SQL, Power Query or comparable Detectional experience in the end-to-end management of tasks across IT, service provider and department stakeholders in a cross-border environment English as well as a degree in HR, Business Administration, Economics, IT or a related subject Advantages: SAP SuccessFactors and Reporting (Stories/People Analytics), UKG HRSD, ServiceNow or Comparable, Power BI or similar BI tools, MS PowerAutomate/Copilot or Low-Code tools, experience with HRIS implementations, project management or project coordination experience, German or French Job advertisement number: 727 Contract type: Unlimited Working time model: full time Place of work: Office
