Tasks

• They support the approval of the existing quality management system by the external certification company (ISO9001 / EN9100) and the BAAINBw (AQAP [for phone number see the original ad]). • In addition, you are responsible for the presentation and representation of the existing integrated management system internally and externally and in this context also carry out audits as well as coordination and pursuit of the resulting deviations and potential for improvement. • The maintenance of the process landscape and the control works documents in coordination with the responsible document and process owners to ensure system conformity are also part of your tasks. • They are responsible for carrying out training and moderation of workshops on process topics and topics of the integrated management system. • They identify QM problems and risks and initialize measures (e.g. property records and deviation analyses). • They develop the integrated management system (IMS) with the integration of further management system disciplines (environment, energy, occupational safety, data protection and information protection).

Profile

• You have successfully completed a technical study (engineering, electrical engineering, shipbuilding or computer science) or art related studies. • They have experience in the project work of quality management measures as well as project execution and have knowledge of basic QM standards (ISO 9001, EN 9100, AQAP [for phone number see the original ad]). • In addition, you will bring sound knowledge to MS Office, especially Excel and Access for evaluations. • They work structured, independent and prioritize tasks efficiently even under time pressure. • They convince with communication strength in German and English and are happy to work in the team, take responsibility and act confidently in exchange with partners and supervisors.
