Takeover of the end-to-end service management according to ITIL for the SharePoint solutions incl. Budget, Quality, Service Level and Risk Management Responsible for problem, change and configuration management as well as governance, quality and risk management in the service area Working with Solution Design and Solution Transition taking into account lifecycle requirements and standard processes Communication as an interface to internal and external project participants Support for tenders and tender processes

Completed studies or completed training in the field of business and/or computer science Experience in managing virtual teams and service providers and in agile project management Very good knowledge of MS SharePoint, MS Office and Atlassian Jira Found experience in the management of collaboration solutions Certifications in ITIL, PRINCE2 or GPM desirable Very good German knowledge (level C1) and technical English (at least level B1)
