Senior Commercial Project Manager (m/f/d)

Senior management and support of ongoing and future national and international customer projects by Finance/Commercial in the areas of Air, Uncrewed and Space Monitoring and support of the project teams in offering calculations contractual coordination with the respective departments of Rheinmetall AG to ensure compliance with applicable Rheinmetall Policies (Legal, Compliance, IT, export, etc.) Supporting the project teams in critical projects in terms of time, cost and quality by finance and support as a savings partner for the respective project managers to develop improvement/optimization potentials Accompanying the Business Unit's comprehensive Claim Management by Finance/Commercial Co-operation and take over responsibility for individual subprojects in the area of M&A from the perspective Finance / Commercial during due dilligence phases, placement of terms heets and/or JV agreements, coordination and negotiations with external partners including the relevant specialist departments (i. W. Legal, Accounting, Treasury, Tax, Export, etc.) Support for BU-wide special projects such as the introduction of new ERP systems, the standardization of processes in the finance sector or new concepts to ensure the efficient growth of the business unit Reporting to the CFO of the Business Unit AUS and the members of the respective management of the Business Unit

Successfully completed studies of business management with the focus on finance/ controlling or a comparable degree programme Multiannual professional experience in project management in national and international customer projects with the focus on commercial supply and processing processes Found experience in setting up business cases and complex calculations according to national and international price law Knowledge of strategy development and M&A processes (including joint ventures, new companies, financial holdings, etc.) English knowledge in word and writing Global readiness Target-oriented and independent operation as well as enforcement ability and strong negotiation and communication skills with internal and external stakeholders Quick conception and analytical thinking as well as strong entrepreneurial thinking and acting
