Complete technical studies in the field of electrical engineering, mechatronics or a comparable qualification (e.g. technicians with profound experience in quality management) Multiannual professional experience in the technical environment, ideal in electronics production or assembly Detectable experience in quality management and/or quality assurance Knowledge of the application of common quality methods and tools Deep understanding of relevant standards, in particular ISO 9001, ISO 13485 and ISO 14001 Safe handling of industry-specific rules for PPAP Embossed analytical skills as well as a structured and solution-oriented way of thinking High level of self-initiative, enforcement and sense of responsibility Communication strength, team skills and a sovereign appearance at all levels German and English knowledge in word and writing Very good knowledge of MS Office and experience in handling ERP systems
