Your tasks In this key position, you are responsible for: Support and administration of IT Governance Tools: You take responsibility for the implementation and maintenance of tools such as ServiceNow, LeanIX and Fact24. Their expertise ensures smooth use of these systems throughout the company.

Support of the Lead IT Architect: They actively support our Lead IT architects in designing and managing IT standards, tools, and processes. Your proactive approach helps us effectively implement the governance strategy.

technical and technical support of the KPI reporting: They ensure that our reporting is always up-to-date and accurate. They establish key figures that significantly improve our IT process.

completed studies in the field of computer science, economic informatics or comparable qualifications

Experience in the administration and support of IT applications ideally in the environment of IT Governance Tools (ServiceNow, LeanIX, Fact24)

Experiences with Power-BI and the development of key-number-based reports

basic understanding of ITIL and Scrum, ideally with certification ITIL Foundation in the current version

analytical thinking and the ability to communicate complex relationships in a comprehensible manner
