Social Media Strategy & Visibility: You are fully responsible for the social media presence of the Gewobag, developing a cross-channel strategy and setting new impulses to enable our topics to be communicated visibly and effectively. Content creation & editorial planning: You design and produce platform-oriented content (text, image, video, story/reel formats, live formats) and control the social media editorial plan in the Gewobag contentroom in close coordination with specialist areas and stakeholders. Community Management & campaigns: You take the community management on our channels, engage in dialogue with our target groups and plan and implement social media campaigns (organically and paid), including influencer and cooperation projects. Monitoring, Reporting & Optimization: You use analysis, monitoring and AI tools, discuss relevant issues and possible reputation risks, start reporting on the impact of our actions and conduct optimization steps.

Training/study: You have a degree with a focus on marketing, communication, business management or comparable training with multiannual agency or department experience and have been working in the field of social media / online communication for several years. Digital and methodological competence: You have very good knowledge of popular social media platforms, good office and collaboration tools (e.g. teams), employ AI tools such as GPT and have experience with content management systems, analysis and monitoring tools as well as GEO/SEO principles. Practice in Content & Community: You have proven practice in creating platform-oriented content, community management, planning, implementation and evaluation of social media campaigns as well as dealing with influencers, cooperation partners and user-generated content. Personal Strengths & Soft Skills: You convince with pronounced communication and team skills, customer orientation, analytical and structured work, creative thinking, readiness to change, high self-sufficiency, initiative and willingness to learn and work.
