Conceptual further development of the three specialist care facilities in the Care department in Neustadt Self-safe, targeted and team-oriented personnel management, including management and development of care services, in line with the objectives of the company Public and network work Close communication with residents, cost centers and authorities Orientation to technical, organizational and economic aspects Active participation in the implementation and further development of the existing quality management system
