For our customers in Hamburg we are looking for a specialist dispatch and shipping (m/w/d) for several locations in Hamburg. In this position, its main responsibility lies in the creation and verification of shipping and shipping documents.

Your duties as a specialist Shipping and Shipping (m/w/d) include:

• Avize the ready-to-order boxes to forwarders
• Creation of export accompanying documents, freight letters and shipping advices
• Implementation of operational processes
• Close communication with customers and service providers
• Data acquisition in the SAP system and web applications

• A commercial training in the logistics and shipping sector
• Experiences in logistics and forwarding
• Good knowledge of MS-Office and SAP
• Good knowledge of German and basic knowledge of English
• Willingness to work in layers
