Roughs and operation of CNC milling machines: You equip and operate state-of-the-art 5-axis CNC milling machines of the Hermle brand (with Heidenhain control iTNC 530 and iTNC 640) CNC programming and optimization: You create and optimize CNC programs for the production of individual parts and small series to ensure highest precision and efficiency Production of components: You manufacture components from various materials such as steel, cast materials, aluminum and plastics according to technical drawings and ensure that all parts meet the required standards machining tools: You choose, mount and fit cutting tools and perform precise measurements to ensure quality through Quality assurance: You apply measuring tools to check the quality of the parts during the manufacturing process and ensure continuous self-control

Completed training in the metal sector, preferably as machining mechanic (m/w/d), industrial mechanic (m/w/d) or a comparable qualification Multiannual experience in manufacturing small series, especially in CNC machining Knowledge of CNC programming, knowledge of Heidenhain controls are advantageous High autonomy, reliability and precision in work Willingness to work in 2-shift operation
