in full time and unlimited As a landscape planner (m/w/d), you are involved in setting up a new land use plan and conducting environmental audits in various individual projects.

The regional association FrankfurtRheinMain is responsible for the joint land use planning with an integrated landscape plan of 80 cities and municipalities in the conurbation area Frankfurt/Rhein-Main. With the Regional Land Use Plan, the Regional Association manages the spatial development in the Rhine-Main region and creates the planning conditions for a sustainable, climate-adjusted and environmentally sound development of the region. The planning department comprises around 40 employees from different disciplines. The area of landscape planning and the environment plays a central role with its own team in establishing and amending the Regional Land Use Plan and the Landscape Plan. In this function, with the development of landscape-planner content, you support the establishment and modification of the Regional Land Use Plan and thus contribute to the qualified preparation of regional landscape-planner planning decisions.

Participation in the re-establishment of the Regional Land Use Plan (RegFNP), in particular through the integration of landscape-planner content, including the processing of the protected goods, the transfer of external expert opinions into landscape-planning concepts and the development of action advice Processing of opinions on building plans and specialist authorities with landscape-planned reference and implementation of technical advice in plan statements and balancing proposals Technical assistance, testing and evaluation of external landscape and environmental assessments (e.g. species protection, Natura 2000 reviews, landscape image) Technical coordination with internal departments, associations, authorities and external experts Participation in the preparation of environmental audits for individual projects and related environmental reports

Complete academic studies (Master or Diplom-Uni) Landscape planning, national care, landscape ecology, environmental planning or a comparable discipline Mind. 2 years of relevant professional experience in the independent processing of complex technical or procedural tasks, e.g. landscape planning or project management for selected conservation tasks Safe expertise in nature conservation and landscape planning and the relevant legal bases Structured, meticulous and timely tasks according to predetermined standards Cooperative and address-oriented communication in the team and with internal and external stakeholders High level of reliability, sense of responsibility and loadability in fixed tasks Very good oral and written expressiveness in German (at least C2 / GER) Safe handling of MS-Office as well as knowledge in geographic information systems (ideally ArcGIS) Screenability, driving licence class B (or III) and willingness to visit places by car
