Sustainability Manager (m/w/d)

As a specialist for household products and hygiene products, we develop and produce for numerous international retail companies and large retail chains. Our products such as waste bags made of recycled material, paper products, products made of renewable raw materials, freshening foil, freezer bags, aluminium foil and baking paper are sold by our customers mainly as own brands. In addition, you will find the products under our own brands quickpack, viGO! and grinx. The QuickPack Group employs over 1,100 employees internationally. For our central administration in 71272 – Renningen near Stuttgart, we are looking for a gifted and committed personality at the closest possible time Sustainability Manager (m⁠/⁠w⁠/⁠d).

Development and implementation of a sustainability strategy for the QuickPack Group and its global supply chain Building a KPI system for strategic and operational control Responsible person (m⁠/⁠w⁠/⁠d) for the successful preparation and implementation of certifications (e.g. ISO-50001; ISO-14001 etc.) Responsible person (m⁠/⁠w⁠/⁠d) for the reduction and compensation of the CO2 footprint at product and production level while maintaining or increasing product quality Contact person (m⁠/⁠w⁠/⁠d) for projects relating to sustainability and environmental management for all departments of the QuickPack Group Perspectively commissioning as an energy management officer (m⁠/⁠w⁠/⁠d) for all locations in the group

Complete studies in a relevant natural or engineering discipline, e.g. sustainability management, sustainability management, environmental engineering and a comparable qualification Experience in environmental, sustainability and/or quality management taking into account economic relationships Experience in project management Expertise in Auditing / Certifications Motivated and motivating personality with team player qualities Travel readiness for occasional visits (1x per quarter) of our locations in Germany and Poland
