Night shift supervisor in the loading department (m/f/d)

In the night shift you run a team of loading forces and ensure a smooth run. You are responsible for a secure, structured and timely loading. With efficient deployment planning, day-to-day performance is reliably achieved, loading papers and landed loading aids are controlled by your team and deviations are detected at an early stage. In exchange with other team and department leaders, you are driving improvements actively. Required process adaptations are recognized, implemented and proactively communicated by you. As a manager on the surface, you are responsible for clear communication, motivation and liability. Showing presence, making decisions and taking responsibility are part of everyday life.

A completed training in the field of logistics or warehouse forms your technical basis. Multiannual experience in logistics, ideally with first leadership experience, you bring. Structure, overview and decision-making strength are also maintained under time pressure. Enforcement, reliability and team spirit characterize your work. The nightwork is not a compromise for you, it fits your rhythm. Good knowledge of German is required, further language skills are welcome.
