In order to support our building management, we are now looking for a building/project manager (m/w/d) for the daily work on earth construction. Alternatively, you can come from civil engineering, sewer construction, road construction or special construction.

Own-responsible implementation of interesting construction measures and projects in earth and civil engineering billing of your construction sites with the support of our Coordination and management of personnel, equipment and machinery as well as subcontractors Overview of the professional, timely and economic execution of the work at the construction site Regular information exchange with clients, through building manager meetings or in the team meetings with the bosses. Recognizing Subsequent / Subsequent Management / Creating Subsequents with the support of our Costing Department

D u have a completed study of civil engineering (FH/TH/TU) or a comparable technical training / several years of practical work experience Fun in coordinating demanding projects, team skills and flexibility Self-employed working and entrepreneurial thinking Very good knowledge of general (MS-Office) and industry-specific computer applications we may require you
