Lead the team with passion and manage order management in the areas of e-commerce, export EMEA and trade in the DACH region Work together with the interfaces from accounting, logistics & shipping, marketing, product management and sales Keep in mind the performance through appropriate reports and analyses and guide measures to improve Take a role model, work actively and promote sustainable feedback culture Care for regular communication with the team and recognise employee potentials that are targeted

You have a completed commercial training, for example as an industrial businessman or merchant for office management, with corresponding training (e.g. as a specialist or businessman) or a completed economic studies, e.g. in Business Administration (BWL), Business Law or International Business During your professional career you could already gain leadership experiences You have several years of experience in Or Management, ideally from the Consumer Goods industry You can safely master the Office 365 package and are regularly ready to develop yourself through our Fissler Academy learning platform You convince us with your binding appearance, your valuable and communicative way as well as your target and result orientation Since the work environment is international, your fluent English skills and at best another foreign language (e.g. French, Italian) complete your profile
