Parent responsibility for the management of all Onboard Revenue areas on board, (Retail, SPA & Fitness, Casino & Connectivity, Photo and Art Gallerie) Area-related budgetary responsibility and control of the above-mentioned OBR areas in cooperation with the Pricing/Steering and Controlling departments Development and implementation of measures, strategies, product developments as well as innovations with a clear focus on yield optimization and guest satisfaction Regular exchange and communication with the other international carnival brands on development and trend topics as well as analysis of new trends to offer innovative services and products Cooperation with various departments on board and on land to increase yield, reach and process optimization

Studies in the field of tourism, business or a comparable qualification as well as several years of international professional and leadership experience in Revenue Management, preferably in the hotel industry or cruise industry Excellent communication skills in German and English as well as safe handling of MS Office 365 Strong organizational skills and ability to coordinate projects independently and structured Entrepreneurial thinking and acting, negotiation skills, enforcement ability as well as high quality awareness and flexibility JOBV1_EN
