Head of Department / Plant Support Grid Operation (m/f/d)

You are responsible for the safe and economical operation of the gas, water, district heating and power grids of swaNetz GmbH and perform four teams with approx. 40 employees (m/w/d) You are planning and responsible for the department's personnel and economic planning You control and monitor the implementation of all measures necessary for operation and their budgets, including procurement and settlement You are responsible for the further development and implementation of optimized process processes and for the continuous technical and economic adaptation of material, plant and assembly standards in the department You ensure the implementation of existing and new rules and the creation of work, business and business instructions in your area of responsibility You will take care of the establishment, determination and initiation of the necessary personnel training, instruction and training You conduct strategic projects and actively shape them
