We are looking for an IT support (m/w/d) in Dresden.

That's what you bring

• Successfully completed IT studies or successfully completed vocational training in the IT sector or several years of professional experience in the IT service desk and network environment
• Good Microsoft and network knowledge and knowledge of current client hardware and accessories (preferably Windows 10 and Office 365)
• ITIL knowledge desirable
• Analytical thinking
• Professional handling of complex technical systems
• High solution and customer orientation, pronounced communication and conflictability
• High level of flexibility and self-initiative, including with regard to continuing vocational training

Your future tasks as IT support

• Support for internal IT solutions within the 1st and 2nd levels of support
• First contact point for all company-wide IT-related support requests
• Output and maintenance of user-related hardware
• Complete collection of all information and initial analysis and classification of user requests
• independent processing of requests with the help of already known solutions or manuals
• Care and development of the central IT inventory database
