• Technical inquiries? Special problems? Both our customers and your colleagues know you as a competent person.
• You install and configure our hardware and software offer and cabling IT workstations at our local customer (optionally in Frankfurt am Main, Berlin or Bonn) - this includes, for example, the setup of PCs, notebooks and individual components.
• In this context, you will take care of the handling of the tickets: error analysis, diagnosis and correction, in which case your work location is mostly directly at our customer. With our increasing focus on remote solutions, you can make your work location more flexible in the future.
• You also work in our IT projects with support for rollouts, refreshes and inventory.
• To enable your colleagues to take up your work in the future, you document your work done carefully.

Your skills? More than interesting:

• Completed technical training, e.g. to the specialist informant:in or in a comparable professional field of advantage - cross-entry possible
• Professional practice in IT and user support as well as in the installation of hardware and software in the Microsoft environment is of advantage but no need.
• You are communicative and like to work in the team.
• Very good knowledge of German and basic English.
