Leadership of briefing talks with customers and coordination of project content in the field of trade fair and interior design Creation of costing in coordination with internal specialist departments and external service providers Design, approval and execution planning in plan and view Project and milestone management from project definition to realization Interface management to the customer and all involved structures Monitoring of dates, costs and qualitative standards Identification of risks and introduction of countermeasures in ongoing project progress

Craft or technical training or completion as an architect / interior designer, wood technician, master wood, metal or construction Multiannual experience in planning, designing or implementing trade fairs, events, roadshows or in the field of interior design Technical understanding of a dynamic product Found user knowledge in MS Office and ideally CAD (Vectorworks) as well as ERP (Navision, Business Central) Negotiating knowledge in German and English, ideally further language skills readiness to travel Structured thinking and acting Organizational and communication talent Service-oriented and efficient operation
