In your role as Product Owner (m/w/d) – Digital Workplace Microsoft Office 365 with the focus on copilot – you will shape the AI-based future of our company. You are responsible for ensuring that copilot, Microsoft 365 services and modern AI functions are used safely, efficiently and user-centred in the Vaillant Group. You are responsible for the introduction, development and governance of Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, Graph API, Power Platform and Information Protection as well as the strategic orientation of our Microsoft 365 Services You develop a product-related co-pilot roadmap, define application cases and control the technical, organizational and safety-relevant requirements required for this purpose. You ensure that copilot only accesses access-compliant, secure and regulated data and shape appropriate governance processes You control the implementation of new features and services in cooperation with interdisciplinary teams and external partners You work closely with Security, Data Governance and Enterprise Architecture to develop Purview Information Protection, Conditional Access, Entra ID and Data Classifications AI-ready You develop concrete copilot scenarios for specialist areas and accompany the roll-out including training, best practices and communication You will also be responsible for the budget for Microsoft 365 Services, including planning, cost control and optimization of license and operating costs

Qualification: Complete study of computer science, economic information technology or comparable qualification Experience: Multiannual professional experience as Product Owner (m/w/d) or in a similar role in the Microsoft-365 environment Know-how and skills: Funded knowledge in Microsoft Office 365, in particular copilot, as well as experience with VDI solutions, information protection and architectural concepts Nice to have: Certifications like e.g. as Scrum Product Owner (m/w/d) or Microsoft 365 Expert (m/w/d) are advantageous Personality: Embossed communication and moderation capabilities as well as joy in working with interdisciplinary teams Languages: Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
