Our new loan business team is responsible for the creation of loan and collateral contracts within the framework of new financing and accompanies the corresponding processes from contract design through valutation to final post-processing. In the credit portfolio business, our team ensures the smooth handling of changes to existing loans and their collateral. This also includes the creation and adaptation of the corresponding loan and collateral contracts. Tasks that count You... create loan and collateral contracts for new and existing financing based on credit decisions for commercial and private customers. accompany credit operations from contract design to valutation to final post-processing. identify technical and legal challenges in individual credit cases and develop suitable solutions – if necessary in coordination with other specialist areas. complete technically complex credit decisions and ensure their complete implementation. check credit decisions and credit and collateral contracts carefully for content and formal accuracy. take over additional responsibility, for example in the case of representation.
