Senior Manager (m/w/d)

As Senior Manager (m/w/d) - Finance Integration, you play a central role in building our group-wide finance function. You report to our VP Finance operation and work closely with our Director FP&A, our CFO, as well as the managing directors of our subsidiaries and ensure that group-wide finance processes, standards and projects are successfully implemented. You develop our finance organization in a targeted way: you coordinate finance projects, accompany the integration of new companies, harmonize processes and create the basis for a scalable finance platform. Finance Integration & Post-Merger Integration The financial integration of new subsidiaries within the framework of our buy-&-building strategy will take you independently and accompany them from planning to implementation.

New companies support you in introducing and implementing group-wide finance processes, standards and systems.

Integration measures and relevant milestones You follow structured and secure a transparent project progress.

Dependencies and action needs You identify necessary escalations with the relevant stakeholders at an early stage.

Finance Transformation & Standardization Group-wide finance projects and transformation initiatives You control and coordinate across different companies and departments.

Finance Processes, Standards and Reporting Structures You continuously develop together with the relevant teams.

Optimization and standardization potentials within our finance landscape identify you and derive concrete measures.

The further development of scalable finance structures and systems is accompanied by the requirements of our growing group of companies.

Stakeholder & Project Management You work closely with our VP Finance Operations, Director FP&A, CFO as well as the management and finance teams of our subsidiaries.

As a central interface, you coordinate the cooperation between Group Accounting, Group Controlling / FP&A and the local companies.

Different internal and external stakeholders bring you together to ensure clear responsibilities, votes and next steps.

Relevant project progresses, decision-making needs and risks are available in a transparent manner and communicate them to the stakeholders involved.

That's what you bring: Multiannual professional experience in the finance environment with a thorough understanding of accounting and/or controlling processes forms your technical basis.

Experience in the independent control of cross-departmental projects as well as in the sovereign handling of different stakeholders.

Embossed communication and organizational skills as well as the joy of actively advancing changes and bringing together different interests are a key feature.

Flowing knowledge of German and good English as well as a structured, pragmatic and solution-oriented manner complete your profile.

This helps you to succeed faster: Experience in Finance Transformation, Finance Excellence, CFO Office or Consulting would be beneficial.

Knowledge and practical experience in post-Merger integration (PMI) are desirable.

Experience in a PE-funded, multi-entity, buy-&-building or comparable growth environment would be a plus.

Experience in the standardization, digitization or scaling of finance processes and systems would help you get started.
