Geriatric nurse / nurse f/m/d part-time for our hospice at the Werdau site

In this stationary care facility, we offer unhealable patients and their relatives a professionally qualified, holistic accompaniment in the final stage of life. The house is available to guests for whom hospital treatment is not required and whose outpatient care cannot be secured. An excellent and individual palliative care of our guests as well as advice, guidance and support of their relatives and friends are the central task of the hospice team.

We are looking for health care and nursing agents w/m/d or elderly caregiver w/m/d for our hospice in parttime for the duration of a medical representation with the option of determination.

• Planning and implementation of the care of the hospices, including their appropriate documentation
• Advice and involvement of hospices and their relatives in the implementation of care measures

Your profile:

• Complete training for health and nursing staff w/m/d, nursing staff w/m/d or caregiver w/m/d
• Experience in working with seriously ill and dying people
• Certain working methods, high professional competence
• Representative willingness to adapt to the individual situation of hospices, their families and friends and to accompany them
• Team and communication skills, operational readiness and flexibility
