Our logistics location in Rade-Mienenbüttel is growing: take advantage of the opportunity and become part of our expert team for the storage and handling of hazardous substances and mineral oils for some of the world's largest customers in the chemical and mineral oil industries. As a direct contact, you are in close and confident communication with our customer. You tax and process the incoming orders in close cooperation with the operating department. With the help of our warehouse management system, you provide careful inventory management and regularly perform inventory checks and corrections. With a view to our current quality and service standards You will also complete incoming returns and complaints. This not only ensures customer satisfaction, but also ensures smooth operations in the warehouse together with the operating unit.

Your basis is a completed commercial training, ideally in the logistics sector. Experience in customer support is a clear plus. You can safely use Microsoft Office's common applications and perhaps you've already heard of ADR, IATA/ICATO and IMDG - but it's not absolutely necessary. In dealing with our customers, you score with your service-oriented appearance, communication skills and good English skills. In addition, you keep a cool head even in stressful situations due to your predictive operation.
