Various tasks They take over the user support in individual customer service and are available here for a variety of concerns. The focus of your activities is to support our B2B customer groups (RLM accounting) and return suppliers. As an expertin, the specialist departments advise you on suitable system solutions and support the development of solutions in the SAP IS-U environment. They are responsible for customizing with a focus on billing and tariffing, specifically oriented to the customer groups mentioned. They like to join project teams and cooperate with colleagues. You actively participate in the continuous development of SAP IS-U. Convincing profile Education: You have a successfully completed IT or commercial training with additional qualification or a study in the field of supply/energy management, economic informatics, business management. Experiences: They ideally have experience in project work. Knowledge: You bring well-founded knowledge in SAP IS-U and/or SAP S/4HANA as well as in the energy business environment. Interest in digitization and technical issues is also desirable. Working methods: They are characterized by a structured and independent way of working. Personality: You are a team playerin and a communications talent. A friendly and safe occurrence is among your strengths. In addition, you have the ability to acquire complex facts analytically and to prepare them structuredly. About the area Our team “Application and System Care” plays a central role within the customer service department. As a link between the different teams of our department and IT, we are the central gateway for user questions in SAP IS-U and SAP FI-CA. In addition to answering questions about disturbances, we are also responsible for the continuous optimization of the processes in cooperation with the departments. We also play a key role in implementing the new SAP S/HANA Utilities Platform.
