In this position you are the flagship of our own software solutions: As an employee:in IT support you are central:into our cooperation partners and support them with questions about our offers. Your daily drive? Highest customer satisfaction, fast solutions at first contact (First Touch) and proactive lifting of stumbling stones before becoming real problems for our brokers. Your tasks at a glance:

Full support: You support our cooperation partners (insurance brokers) in the application, installation and full use of our IT systems, tools and apps.

First-Touch-Resolution: You analyze enquiries precisely and strive to find quick and targeted solutions directly in the first contact.

Proactive optimization (CVP): You recognize recurring IT cases early and drive the continuous improvement process to solve problems for the future.

Interface function: You take targeted communication with third level support to solve complex challenges.

You are responsible for IT-staff management and provide reliable support to our partners in ordering processes.

Qualification: A completed vocational training in the commercial or technical field – ideally you are trained: IT system businessman/wife or bring a comparable interface qualification.

Technical understanding: There is no lack of interest here. You bring true digital know-how, desire for software applications and a sound understanding of IT relationships.

Communication talent: You have a service-oriented way of thinking and a very good way of expression in word and writing. You have a subtle sense of creating the right, understandable answer for different types of communication.

Customer orientation: You are communicative and have fun in customer contact. For you it's clear: Customer satisfaction is your first priority.

Industry Knowledge (Nice-to-have): In the past, you have already come into contact with insurance issues or are you familiar with financial services? A clear plus!
