Control, monitoring and further development of global security management in production sites, sales and after-sales companies and international equity companies Advising factory management, managing directors and local security managers to implement the brand directive and the trademark instruction Security Professional leadership of a global network of local security managers Structure and moderation of structured global communication and exchange formats Analysis of support needs and coordination with corporate security experts Monitoring the implementation of all regulatory, group-internal and location-relevant requirements

Complete university studies, preferably in safety management, risk management, technology, BWL or comparable areas Multiannual professional experience in international security management or in security-related governance functions Expertise in management systems, policy control, KPI and audit structures Very good understanding of international production and service processes as well as relevant regulators Knowledge of risk analyses, maturity models, operator requirements and organisational responsibility Impressed capacity for international management of technical topics High communication and consulting skills, addressable to management levels Structured, analytical methods and ability to prioritize complex topics Intercultural competence and international stakeholder management Enforcement, standing and ability to escalate if required Very good knowledge of English; international readiness
