Manufacture of surfaces with optical properties with ultraprecision machines (diamond turning) Optical measurement and evaluation of the processed areas Manual reworking of the components (e.g.: polishing, deburring, peeling, cleaning) Evaluation of technical documents and plans of production processes including the tracking of dates Creating NC programs for ultra-precision lathes Maintenance, repair and maintenance of machinery and equipment according to maintenance plan and operating instructions Close cooperation with work preparation, quality assurance and control

Successfully completed training as fine optics, precision engineering technician, machining mechanic and multi-year relevant professional experience Practical knowledge of optical industry or ultraprecision processing of advantage Knowledge of CNC programming High level of quality and cost awareness, reliability, cleanliness and conscience Safe handling of measuring devices and measuring instruments Layer readiness (2 layers) and team capability Knowledge of the application of MS Office programs CAD knowledge of advantage
