Responsibility of the recruitment process from the job invitation to tender to the contract offer of predominantly commercial-technical vacancies Coordination of job alerts with the departments and clarification of suitable recruitment channels with the Central Department Talent Acquisition Responsibility for applicant management and ensuring a high-quality Candidate Journey Planning and implementation of interviews together with the department on site, telephone or digital Mitidentification and evaluation of new recruitment trends and subsequent design and adaptation for the Storck Group in cooperation with the HR Marketing and Talent Acquisition Participation in the implementation of cross-site recruitment projects Organisation and active participation in trade fairs and events for personnel production

Completed economic studies or comparable training with additional professional qualifications Multiannual Professional Experience as Recruiter (m/w/d) for Commercial-Technical Positions – Knowledge of the Thuringian Labour Market Very good experience in target group-specific use of the various recruitment channels as well as in the field of social recruiting and active sourcing Embossed interview and target group-specific communication skills and a special observation High level of reliability and a binding occurrence towards applicants Empathy, team capacity and openness for new topics as well as ability to persuasive and enforce
