Senior Tax Manager Transfer Pricing (m/f/d)

Support and further development of existing transfer pricing systems at GEA Ensuring compliance in transfer pricing documentation Continuing, developing and digitizing the settlement price documentation (Masterfile and German Local File), as well as the templates for affiliated companies abroad Support of foreign GEA companies in the production and testing of billing price documentation Preparation and implementation of intra-group training Continuing and, if necessary, further development of existing billing price processes, e.g. Defence of domestic and foreign GEA companies in external tax audits in cross-border matters Accompanying intra-group cross-border transactions from settlement price Compilation of documentation of major extraordinary cross-border transactions Creation and maintenance of Intercompany contracts Participation in national and international (pre-) settlement procedures in settlement price issues Continuation and further development of intra-group performance calculations Support of the Group-Tax team as part of external tax audits on international tax law Tax monitoring of cross-border shipments Support of GEA companies in wage tax issues

Lawyer / Tax Consultant / Diplom Finanzwirt More than 5 years of professional experience in relevant department in the industrial group, consulting company or financial management Strong analytical thinking Reliable personality with quality standards Own initiative and a high level of team and communication skills complete your profile Routinized handling of MS Office products Ready to use SAP Experience with automation / artificial intelligence (process and analysis) desirable Knowledge of project management Willingness to develop professionally and personally German and English skills
