Claims management (m/f/d)

You process traffic liability and operational liability damage independently in the central damage management. You carefully collect and document damages in the system (e.g. ClaimX) and accompany their processing. You check claims for damages according to legal and contractual regulations and evaluate the liability basis. You enforce regression claims against third parties and accompany necessary voting. You communicate with customers, contractors, insurers, lawyers and other parties — in writing and oral. You participate in the further development of processes and solutions in damage management and introduce your own ideas.

You have a completed commercial training — ideally in the field of forwarding and logistics. You bring knowledge of national and international liability regulations (e.g. ADSp, HGB, CMR) and understanding of logistical processes. You work structured, reliable and independent and have a good understanding. You're acting confidently, you can communicate safely and work in the team. You are safe in handling MS Office; English skills are of advantage.
