Then come to us in the Payroll team and take responsibility for the billing of your own colleagues: inside! We are looking for you as: Projektmanager (m/w/d)

You carry out the monthly billing of charges independently – from maintenance of master and movement data to final accounting in SAP HCM You clarify tax and social insurance issues and communicate safely with health insurance funds, financial offices and other external bodies You process internal as well as external enquiries and prepare certificates, reports and evaluations You take care of the handling of direct insurance, pension funds, service car contracts and payments – including related correspondence You are the first contact person: for employees, executives and HR Business Partner in all billing-related topics

You have successfully completed a commercial training – e.g. as an industrial merchant or tax specialist – and ideally a further training to the payroll holder. In your previous career, you have been able to earn several years of experience in wage billing and salary billing and are sure to know you with pay processes. This includes, of course, a knowledge of the right to pay tax and social security, as well as a good understanding of accounting-relevant labour law issues. When dealing with MS Office, you feel safe. Experience with SAP HCM is ideal for you. You work confidently, structured and solution-oriented – and you like to actively engage in the team and don't lose sight even in more complex situations
