The development and support of key accounts to maximise long-term customer satisfaction is our daily task.

You support our team sales service. You carry out evaluations as a preparatory sales measure and for reporting. You check projects and contracts for completeness and adapt them to changes in the contract and keep the system information up to date. You carry out research and analysis that contribute significantly to improving data quality. You'll ask our customer master files and specify requests, offers and orders in the CRM tool to keep and document them. A fee of €15.50 / hour.

You are a enrolled student (m/w/d) with a technical, economic or comparable focus in your studies. You have very good German skills at native language level (C2 level). You are analytically strong and have an independent and structured way of working. You have good MS Office identifiers (especially Excel and PowerPoint), as well as database identifiers. Ideally, you have already gained first experiences (e.g. in sales). .
