(Senior) Finance Business Partner Controlling (m/f/d)

You act as a central Finance Sparring partner for seniors, managing directors and specialist areas of the Mewa Group and actively support the optimization of operational and strategic performance. You coordinate and accompany the annual and forecast planning and ensure a structured budget creation. You create and analyze management reports (e.g. monthly and quarterly accounts) as well as target-actual comparisons and conduct sound deviation analyses. You develop existing key figures and optimize KPI structures, controlling tools and reporting standards. You continuously identify cost-saving potentials, analyze economic contexts and implement specific measures to increase efficiency. You carry out ad hoc analyses and special evaluations and prepare decision bases.

You have a degree in economics with a focus on finance, controlling or a comparable qualification. You bring several years of professional experience in controlling or finance business partnering, preferably in the environment of industry and services. You have profound knowledge of modern budgeting, reporting, financial analysis and the development and control of KPIs. You convince with pronounced analytical skills, a high number affinity and a structured, solution-oriented way of thinking. You are characterized by excellent communicative skills and can convey complex content according to target groups. You have extensive project experience, are safe in handling BI tools, Excel and SAP. You have very good knowledge of German in word and writing, other foreign language skills are of advantage.
