This is the special aspect of the role: In the position you support the further development of our sales strategy. You will have a special opportunity to participate in strategic and operational tasks while taking an interface between the management and the various areas of the company.

You support management in strategic and operational tasks. You support the management in the field of reporting and internal and external communication tasks. You are responsible for the coordination and organization of daily business. You will explore market and industry trends, guide action recommendations independently, work quickly into new topics and prepare them structuredly. You prepare appointments and workshops before and after and soar for efficient documentation. You coordinate and prioritise the resulting tasks for the management. You work in cross-departmental projects and take over the project management as needed.

Successfully completed studies, ideally focusing on business/communication or comparable qualifications 2-3 years of professional experience in a comparable position (in a management consultancy and/or in an IT-close business environment) Experience or knowledge within the Savings Bank Financial Group are considered to be a plus point Analytical thinkability and ability to understand complex facts and condense data to essential content and visualize them according to target groups Self-employed, proactive, structured and solution-oriented work Team orientation and the ability to work in a dynamic environment Safe handling of MS Office and Collaboration application and first experience with AI Discretion and professionalism in all matters
