completed academic studies in the field of social sciences, social education or comparable fields of study active and strong personality with relevant experience in youth assistance and multiannual professional and management experience in a local administration Business understanding as well as experience in the field of youth assistance/school and in trusting cooperation with other actors of youth assistance, such as free institutions and associations high social competence, decision-making, conflict and critique, communication skills, high resilience and flexibility Solid social pedagogical relationship and methodological knowledge taking into account aspects of children's protection, along with corresponding knowledge of youth welfare and family law, and in marginal areas It is intended to carry out further selection procedures within the framework of an assessment centre (AC) after structured selection discussions with the applicants of the narrower choice.
