Successfully completed study of economics or a comparable degree. Multiannual relevant professional experience (at least 4 years) in the asset management industry in the areas of process optimization, digitization/automatization and implementation of regulatory projects, e.g. in the area of sustainability. Knowledge of classical or agile project procedures (e.g. SCRUM or KANBAN) and first (partial) project management experience. Enthusiasm for asset management, understanding the value chain and regulatory requirements for asset managers. High motivation, aspiration, advisability and creativity complete the profile.
