As an experienced:r Expert:in AI-assisted process optimisation, you take on an important role in the further development of our end-to-end processes. You identify cross-area levers, evaluate business cases and carry out complex optimization initiatives from analysis to sustainable anchoring. Together with specialist departments, Data & AI and Würth IT, you develop scalable target processes and technical solution architectures - with a special focus on the effective, secure and responsible use of AI. In doing so, you will get your experience from building or developing comparable teams, structures or initiatives.

You control complex end-to-end process optimizations independently - from recording and prioritization to successful implementation in the field. You identify and evaluate automation, AI and improvement potentials along existing processes and conduct effective scalable measures. Based on actual and desired designs, key figures, bottlenecks, sources of errors, data availability and maturity ratings, you develop sound basis for management and specialist areas - also for the prioritization of specific AI-use cases. Together with Data & AI and Würth IT, you translate technical potentials into robust AI-Use-Cases, target processes and technical solution architectures and shape effective governance for their implementation. You actively develop our process culture: with sovereign stakeholder management, clear communication as well as precise enablement and training formats. You bring your experience into the construction and further development of best practices, methods and structures, coach colleagues and strengthen the network in the process, automation and AI environment.

You have completed business studies, ideally focusing on project management or strategic business development; as an alternative to a commercial training with corresponding training or a comparable qualification. You bring at least five years of relevant professional experience in process management, business analysis, process automation or change management - ideally complemented by experience with AI-based solutions in a sales-related or complex, cross-sectoral environment. You have a well-founded understanding of end-to-end processes, process modeling, automation and AI potentials as well as the evaluation of cost-effectiveness, impact, feasibility and risks. Demanding, cross-sectoral projects or digital transformation initiatives - ideally with AI or automation reference - you have already independently controlled and move safely to the level of expertise, IT and management. You bring a good understanding of the use of AI in business processes and can assess opportunities, boundaries, data requirements and governance requirements of AI-Use-Cases. Ideally, you have already built up a team, a function or sustainable structures in the process, automation or AI transformation environment or have developed significantly. Good IT skills and a strong understanding of digital relationships complete your professional profile. Personally, you convince by strategic thinking, clear communication and pronounced implementation strength. You take responsibility, create orientation in complex situations and gain different stakeholders for common goals.
