Creation and maintenance of project planning documents Examination and control of incoming delivery documentation Coordination and implementation of formal document collection (reviews) Management of access rights to project tools and drives Tool-based placement and structuring of project documentation Contact person for tools and processes in document management

Completed commercial or technical training with several years of professional experience and at least two years of recognised training (e.g. technician:in, master:in, specialist:in) or completed bachelor's degree with relevant professional experience or diploma/master's degree (e.g. BWL, economics) with first practical experience Project management certification (e.g. Level D) or comparable knowledge Ideally experience in air traffic control (e.g. systems, procedures, airspace, operations, safety management) Safe handling of digital tools and structured working Good English knowledge of word and writing
