Leadership of the HR team with a wide range of topics Ensuring timely and correct pay billing Personnel recovery: Control and optimization of the entire recruiting process Creation and examination of employment contracts, terminations and terminations Responsibility for training: further development of the training strategy in close coordination with the departments Optimization of the setup and execution organisation in the HR sector With design of Employer Branding and Personal Marketing in coordination with the Marketing Department Creation of overviews and forecasts on personnel costs for management. Close coordination with management and executives on all relevant topics

Graduate degree with a focus on staff or a comparable qualification Multiannual professional experience in operational personnel – ideally with leadership responsibility Knowledge of labour, wage and social security law Experience in billing and recruiting Communication strength, enforcement and organisational talent Structured, pragmatic and solution-oriented mode of operation
