Technology & Innovation Responsibility · You are responsible for the development, optimization and implementation of new and existing products and control development projects in the Stage-Gate process. · You bundle, develop and develop know-how in the field of the properties and processing of polymers. Portfolio & Project Management · You take over the technical management of strategic projects as a portfolio manager, PMO or program manager. Professional leadership & excellence in the team · You run development engineers professionally, set priorities, secure quality and appointments and manage escalation processes. Technological development and operational excellence · You develop best-practice processes, guide Six-Sigma projects, support sales, production, purchasing and our innovation lab on technical issues and actively promote continuous improvement initiatives.

Funded academic basis · You have a successfully completed study in the field of materials sciences, polymer chemistry or a comparable field of expertise and have over three to 5 years of relevant professional experience or scientific deepening in a relevant field. Technological and methodological excellence · You have well-founded experience in product and process development, ideally in a material range with high resemblance to our product portfolio. Strategic thinking & entrepreneurial perspective · You have strong innovative strength and solution orientation as well as extensive expertise in polymeric materials, their material properties and processability. · You understand how to evaluate and implement technological decisions in the context of portfolio, economics and corporate strategy. Leadership & Enforcement Strength · You take a professional eye-catcher, convince with clarity and commitment, and also tax challenging stakeholder situations. International communication strength · You communicate safely in German and English and move safely in interdisciplinary and international environments.
