Planning and control of trade and gastronomy tours as well as organisation of freight forwarding operations Economic and seasonally adjusted tour planning taking into account delivery time windows, service levels and restrictions Coordination and implementation of special journeys as well as self-release services Efficient use and monitoring of the company's own truck fleet and the organisation of the fleet in its own area of responsibility Ensure the legal functioning and compliance with operational directives Introduction, training and guidance of drivers:includes the exercise of the power of instruction Central contact person in daily business for customers, driving staff, warehouses and customer service

Complete training in the field of forwarding and logistics services or a comparable qualification First professional experience in the disposition of truck fleets desirable Good geographic knowledge as well as a pronounced organizational talent Safe handling of common MS Office applications and ideally experience with MRP software High customer and service orientation as well as an independent and structured operation Enforcement, team capacity and communication strength readiness to work in the weekly shift system (working hours: 06:00–14:00 or 08:00–16:00 am)
