To do this, you will guide one or more production lines, in which you will have a high-quality, timely and rational production in mind and use all the factors optimally. With team spirit and leadership, you not only increase the success of your area, but also the further development of your employees and build a strong team in the multilayer system. Thanks to your ability to think innovatively, you work together with the quality department and technology at the site to quickly identify deviations in the process sequence and successfully initiate measures for continuous improvement. Your expertise allows you to introduce the F.O.X. project (with the core points 5S, SMED, Kobetsu Kaizen, independent maintenance, SIM meetings) in the layer. The development of forecasts and the display of potentials for cost optimisation are your responsibility. You also take responsibility across the board, so that work safety, hygiene and environmental regulations have top priorities for you in your activities.
