You take over the planning of logistics processes - to improve quality, costs and delivery times - at Klipphausen production site. Focusing on the IT system landscape as well as the implementation of modern warehouse management systems (WMS) and ERP systems, you design and optimise storage concepts, automation solutions, material and information flows and supply strategies at the site as well as in the network - and supports the development of general logistics standards and control processes. In addition, you support the layout planning (area, material flow, supply concepts) in compliance with LEAN methods and you plan and analyze logistics requirements and specifications of customers and suppliers. You will also conduct value flow analyses and develop strategies to reduce throughput times and costs along the entire supply chain. Here you take the packaging planning - including cost calculation and creation of packaging data sheets. In addition, you set up work instructions for the entire logistics area and advertise logistics KPIs to take measures In order to increase efficiency, it is necessary to take account of the increase in efficiency. Last but not least, you regularly support production planning and control and align logistics processes with internal and external partners.

A completed university degree, ideally in engineering, engineering or economics with a focus on logistics and production management Multiannual professional experience in the control, planning and development of logistics systems and processes as well as industry knowledge in mechanical engineering and logistics Funded knowledge in MS Office, SAP R/3 or S/4HANA and likes experience with project management software Analytically conceptual skills, organizational talent, a structured way of working and ideally know-how in project management Team orientation and high communication competence Very good knowledge of German and English
