At the next time, we are looking for you as a temporary worker: on behalf of DB InfraGO AG for an assignment as a disponent:in (w/m/d) at the Hamburg location. As a temporary worker, you deliver your work directly on site in the mentioned business field while you complete your work relationship with us, the DB Zeitarbeit.

Your tasks:

• Optimum resource planning and economic, timely disposition of orders and maintenance teams
• Your planning in coordination with other disponents: takes place weekly, personal and day-to-day - with a view to the efficient use of personnel and vehicles etc.
• Continuous monitoring of plan deviations and, if necessary, initiation of countercontrol measures
• Creation of monthly schedules taking into account absences, working time laws, business agreements and collective agreements
• You will keep all orders in mind, also re-raise at short notice and plan your teams accordingly
• Implementation of the annual capacity, holiday and qualification planning taking into account timely order processing
• order controlling, key figures reporting and regular coordination with district and team lines as well as with the management of fine planning

Your profile:

• Completion as state-tested:r Techniker:in, IHK-Meister:in or a comparable qualification
• Ideally, you have practical experience in the field of MRP/fine planning
• Embossed technical understanding and commercial knowledge as well as time, cost and quality awareness
• With the usual software applications like MS Office you can easily handle; Knowledge of SAP is desirable
• You are a solution finder, work independently and structured and convince by a secure, binding occurrence
