Managing Director for Education (m/w/d)

We are looking for you (m/w/d) as managing director / managing director with 30 to 38.5 hours a week with well-founded expertise, extensive experience and the willingness to lead, manage and develop our pedagogical field with initiative and joy at work.

We, the association of small social educational groups, are a non-profit association of children and youth assistance. We are multifaceted, dimensionless and participative. Our stationary, semi-stationary facilities and outpatient offers are located in Fulda, Nordhessen and Bremen.

Our management is divided into two places with the tasks of pedagogy and business management / administration. Both managements are also entrusted with personnel management for defined areas. The implementation of the tasks is carried out cooperatively, transparently, with a clear stance in clear structures and in a trustworthy coordination with our Executive Board and the furnishings. The office is in Kassel.

Education: You are responsible for the supervision of all institutions of the association and the responsibility for their conceptual and professional development. These tasks are largely delegated to the installation lines, the ultimate overall responsibility for this lies with you. A close and trusting cooperation with the management of the business management / administration and the management of the institution is essential basis for the success of this task.

You work closely with the youth offices in our regions and negotiate with them the concepts and performance agreements.

Employees: The staff management for employees in the facilities is in your area of responsibility. You are a direct pre-legislator for the installation lines and supports them in their management tasks for the employees in their facilities.

Processes: You ask for the implementation of the processes within the framework of our Rules of Procedure and the business distribution plan. At the operational level, you are responsible for the further development of these processes. You work in all essential bodies of the association.

Corporate communication: In coordination with the Executive Board, you are responsible for the implementation of our public relations work and the further development of the brand association. The Management Board and the Management Board represent the association in the public.

Association: You advise our Executive Board on the organisational development and planning of strategic goals, give impulses and encourages the implementation of the defined goals in your area of responsibility. In doing so, you make significant contributions to the development and positioning of our social policy attitude.

Completed studies Social education / Social work Additional qualification in systemic consulting / pedagogy Gerne with qualification in social management or organisational development Vocational experience in the field of education and training
